MOSQUITO BITES
Research recently found, that some people are a real attraction to the female mosquito, looking for blood to survive. I am one of the fortunate people, who is not attracted by them, but some people are like magnets and they cannot be outside at all, when the ‘mozzies’ are around. Personally, I do not smell of sweat and have not used an anti-deodorant ever. Mosquitoes are drawn to the smell of sweat. Because of my diet, the foods I eat and the drinks I consume are ‘nearly always’ of a natural source. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and seeds. I do NOT EVER partake in take-away foods or drink artificially produced drinks. My record stands at ONE McMuffin and ONE coca cola IN MY LIFE. I eat very low quantities of animal meats and only use them, when my body screams out for them, but then only a very small portion is usually sufficient. Some recent research found, that mosquitoes are attracted to CARBOXYLIC ACID, a sebum or skin bacteria. The article did not specify, what to do regarding diet or whatever, but a comment from someone suggested, to increase chilli in your diet. This fellow is getting results, so maybe try it. Vitamin B 1, is supposed to be a deterrent, so by eating vegetables and fruits, you should get that vitamin in your diet. Personally, I take garlic, chilli, turmeric, ginger and some spices almost daily, something some Australians do not partake in as a general rule. It may pay to experiment, as during the next few months, during more wet weather times, mosquitoes are predicted to come out in full force. Scientists are also warning about a new strain of mozzie, which is immune to the now-known mozzie killers. These predictions never worry me, the same as Covid. I did not get immunised and never will, as I trust my diet, keeping my immune system strong ALL THE TIME, as well as making sure that my diet generally is alkaline. Keep referring back to some of my literature II have written before and you find the answer. As you know I believe in PREVENTION, so therefor try to do something internally, to change the body sebum, so it is no longer an attraction to them. Try the additions of garlic etc., for your comfort and health as well, as the mosquitoes are carriers of many nasty diseases. Many diseases can also be conquered, by adding the above, as they are immune boosters AND, adding a bit of ‘spice to your life’, may be something you are looking for! I have not been sick, since the last bout of flu in 1962, that is 61 years ago. I have not had a single medication, not even an aspro. This may mean something to you. Putting mosquito repellents on your skin, is adding to more foreign and UN-NATURAL chemicals being absorbed by our bodies, something we can do without. I hope this may help you. Good luck and enjoy the great out-doors, Shanti.
